About these terms

These terms apply to everything you order from MIKISI ART. By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated 9 October 2026. Questions: hello@mikisi.co.

The works

A work is sold as a framed print in the scale and frame shown on its page. It is printed and framed to order.

Colour on a screen differs from colour on paper, and every screen is different. Your print may look slightly different from the image you saw. This is normal and is not a defect.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery region. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is added at checkout.

Payment is taken when you place your order, by a payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

Your order

Your order is accepted when we send you the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order in rare cases, for example if a work becomes unavailable or a price was shown in error. If so, we will refund you in full.

Returns

What you are buying

You buy the physical framed print. The sale transfers that object only. It does not give you any right to copy, reproduce or sell the artwork, or images of it.

Please ask before reusing images or text from this site.

Liability

We take care in making and packing every work. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order is the one that applies to your order.
