Returns and refunds

If something is wrong

If your work arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the work, size or frame you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery.

Write to hello@mikisi.co with your order number and a few clear photos of the problem and the packaging. We will replace the work or refund you in full, at no cost to you. You do not need to send the original back unless we ask.

Changes of mind

Each work is printed and framed to order for you, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Please use the scale guide and the "See it on the wall" page to choose your size with care.

Cancelling an order

You can ask to cancel before production begins by writing to hello@mikisi.co as soon as possible. Once production has started, the work is made for you and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law of the place where you live.
